Deke Volunteers @ Winter Carnival

The Phi Epsilon chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon recently volunteered at The 2007 St. Paul Winter Carnival.

Although  it was a wonderful 8 degrees below zero, the gentlemen from Deke had a  good time helping out with the Ice Maze and Ice Sculpture parts of the  Carnival.
